B. Hussein Obama, the Grand Tyrant, has issued an Executive Order mandating “Lifestyle Behavior Modification!”

Yes! The Grand Tyrant has mandated that the federal government now has the right to stick its ENORMOUS nose right directly up each and every one of our rectums and inspect our eating habits, (among other things). AND it’s open ended. It only STARTS with “smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, substance-use disorder, and domestic violence.” It grants the Grand Tyrant the right to expand the list at any time, instructing the newly created council and coming massive bureaucracy to “carry out such other activities as are determined appropriate by the President.”

And thus the door is open to the re-education camps promised on the campaign trail! Today it’s re-education on “lifestyle behavior modification.” What’s next? Whatever is “determined appropriate by the President.” Oooh! Speaking out in favor of freedom! Guess what’s now covered! Ouch! Opposing the Grand Tyrant’s agenda! You’re next! It’s been “determined appropriate by the President.”

Now, of course, every single bit of this executive order is illegal, but the Grand Tyrant addressed that in the opening paragraph:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 4001 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), it is hereby ordered as follows:”

In other words, even though the Constitution specifically prohibits the following (9^th and 10^th Amendments), it specifically supports it because I, the GRAND Tyrant say so, and besides, the Health Care Takeover Act grants me any power over your life that I desire!

David Limbaugh said it best:

“Under this administration — and every administration that follows, now that socialized medicine has enveloped our society — will everything be reduced to a calculation of dollars and cents? Will we tolerate any manner of government control over the most minute aspects of our lives under the rationale that we have to improve our lifestyles to get healthier so that health care costs don’t bankrupt us? Does liberty mean nothing to us anymore?”

The Auburn Journal noted:

“Now, President Obama is going to seek medical advisors who will be charged with modifying lifestyles and behaviors of those citizens he deems unhealthy? ‘Paging Dr. Kevorkian! You’re wanted in the White House STAT by President Obama!’”

You haven’t heard about this, you say? Well OF COURSE NOT! It paints the Grand Tyrant in realistic light! The mainstream media won’t tell you about it! Do a Google News search. There is not one peep from a recognizable news organization. BUT, the text of the order is there (and in the link above). The information outlets that The Grand Tyrant is right now trying to shut down are still available to get the word out. Of course, that may not be the case much longer. Even though a federal court has ruled that the FCC may not impose “net neutrality,” The Grand Tyrant ordered them to do it anyway through subterfuge. The DIC (Douchebag in Chief) ordered the contrivance of reclassifying “internet service providers” as “telephone companies” so that the FCC can control…er…regulate them.

Back to David Limbaugh:

“There is no excuse — none — for any existing or prospective congressman to fail to comprehend the magnitude of the revolution that is now occurring inside our government. Any candidate who downplays or whitewashes the gravity of the ongoing assaults against our liberties must be defeated. Any congressman who suggests we can just tinker around at the edges of Obamacare [and I would add every other element of Obama’s agenda] and strip away its most noxious provisions — as opposed to ‘repeal and replace’ — must be defeated.” (emphasis added)

I just finished watching “Saving Private Ryan” for the umpteenth time. The last scene has the now-senior Private Ryan walking through the American cemetery in Normandy as the General Marshall character reads an excerpt from a letter Abraham Lincoln wrote to a mother who lost five sons in the Civil War. Lincoln’s words spoke of “the solemn pride that must be [hers] to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom.” As I heard those words and watched the row upon row of white cross and star of David pass by, I could not help but feel the remorse of watching B. Hussein Obama throw all that sacrifice, all of the combined sacrifice of those who have suffered and/or died in all of our wars, away in a matter of just a few months. I could not help but mourn the election of an enemy more damaging than every foreign enemy in the history of the United States combined and just a few months later seeing that these dead, all of our war dead, HAVE died in vain, that government of the people, by the people, for the people, IS perishing from the earth, right before our eyes.

How far has this nation fallen? Just 234 years ago, our nation was created by men who believed in freedom, liberty, government of the people, and God-given rights that CANNOT be taken away by man. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant more intent on control than King George III could have ever imagined who believes rights are bestowed by, and therefore can be taken by, governments and that men should be enslaved to their betters. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant who has expressed nothing but contempt for everything that is America. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant who has acted on those beliefs, openly repudiating the will of the people, and imposing anti-Constitutional, illegal policies and poised to fill the courts with judges who will promise to put political ideology above the law.

This tyrant MUST be stopped. Even waiting until November and hoping for a free election which will sweep his legislative majority into history’s sewer where they belong promises eight more months of unbridled tyrannical totalitarianism and the massive damage it is capable of inflicting in those last two lame-duck months alone. Take a moment to realize the extent of the destruction possible from an openly anti-American tyrant who cares nothing for the will of the people, the Constitution, or legislated law over an eight month free reign. Now realize that that is the MINIMUM damage that we face as a nation. It only stops there IF we are permitted a free election and IF we are successful at electing a majority that is willing to devote their careers to repeal and impeach, and not just compromise to do less damage.

Repeal, Impeach, Obstruct. Quite a way from life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but our only remaining hope.

Charley Reese wrote an article for the Orlando Sentinel back in 1985 titled “Looking For Someone To Blame? Congress Is Good Place To Start.” It was recycled, in slightly modified form, for the 2008 presidential campaign under the title “The 545 People Responsible for America’s Woes,” and has been making the email rounds ever since.

Mr. Reese’s premise is that 545 people, 100 senators, 435 congressmen, 1 president and 9 Supreme Court justices – 545 human beings out of the roughly 300 million in America – are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

While he is absolutely correct, here’s another perspective on that 545:

How can 300 million individuals who cannot get together on one flavor of ice cream, one shirt style, one car model, one anything, be properly represented by just 545 people?

The US Constitution, Article I, Section 2, says

“The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand [enumerated people].”

It sets no upper limit. The proposed, but not ratified, 1st amendment would have required that the number change with the population but that it not exceed one for every 50,000. That would set the size of the US House today at 6,000 to 10,000.

That would be a pretty unmanageable body, but can you even imagine how much better we would be represented by someone who is charged with representing just 30 or 50,000 instead of the current nearly 700,000? For that matter – can you imagine being represented by someone who understands the term “representative?” But that’s another issue altogether. –– One that would also be addressed by 6,000 or 10,000 representatives.

The British House of Commons has 651 members, and they are able to function. They only have about 60 million people, which gives them a ration of 1:92,000, but if they can operate a body of 651 members, how in the world can we justify only 435 when we have 5 times as many people? The French National Assembly has 577 for their roughly 60 million people. They manage to operate without tripping all over each other.

What would happen if we increased the size of our House to 1,000?

Well,

• We’d have to remodel the capitol, add on. Fine. There’s room.
• It would dilute the power base. Pelosi had to turn to massive bribes to get 219 of her fellow Democrats to vote against their constituency on the health care takeover. Could she have pulled off an additional 283? It would diminish the power of lobbyists as well, as they would have to pay for 283 more votes.
• It would be harder to herd 1000 cats on unconstitutional legislation. They may have to actually consider obeying the law! AUDIBLE GASP!
• It would increase the possibility of getting someone…ANYONE…into Washington who actually knows that we have a Constitution and may even get someone there who has seen it before. Hell! Maybe even someone who has READ it!

While it would still be virtually impossible for one representative to actually represent 300,000 people, at least we would be taking a step back towards the type of government that became the envy of the entire planet – one where government was kept close to the people. Our foundation was built upon representative government, separation of powers, and a power distribution that diminished the further it got from the people. President Reagan, while addressing another issue, said

Thomas Jefferson was no reactionary, he was a true progressive when he warned, the only safe depository of the ultimate powers of society are with the people themselves. The 10th amendment tells us the Federal Government will do only those things called for in the Constitution, and all others shall remain with the States or with the people.

We’ve strayed much too far from that noble beginning. The whole purpose of our Revolution — personal freedom, equality of opportunity, and keeping government close to the people — is threatened by a Federal spending machine that takes too much money from the people, too much authority from State and local governments, and too much liberty with our Constitution.

The “Progressive” movement in America has spent the last century undermining our structure. Our state, county, city, and township governments, which by the Constitution were to have progressively more power, have been relegated to puppet status. They are little more than local implementation and enforcement arms of federal policy. Our nearest representative with the ability to address virtually anything of import is now our “representative” in the US House of Representatives!

How close is our government to the people when our closest representative has 700,000 constituents?

Lincoln’s words from his Gettysburg Address ring in my ears:

“we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

Today’s One-Size-Fits-All Government is NOT a government of the people, by the people, and for the people! What is the result? As we have just seen, all of our war dead and wounded HAVE now died and suffered in vain. Our representative government has given way to a bunch of anti-Americans who refuse to acknowledge their constituents and openly say we are too stupid to know what we really want! We have sat idly by and watched the domestic enemy win.

There are a lot of proposals out there for addressing the issue of our unquestionably out-of-control congress. Most do nothing but make people feel good about themselves.

• Term limits - OK until you realize that the good go out with the bad and it’s tougher and tougher to find new representatives who have not been subjected to a statist indoctrination system instead of education. Who do we replace them with?
• Enumerated Powers Act - Great, but it only requires a citation and some discussion. Congressmen can still cite “the general welfare clause” and claim that it covers anything and everything, and if the rest of Congress isn’t motivated to stand up and fight it, it remains powerless.
• and so on and so on…

How about a proposal that we NEVER hear from a conservative like me? Let’s GROW our government.

Let’s grow our government, but in a way that at least addresses a consideration of a concept contained in the Constitution. Let’s grow the actual government instead of simply claiming unconstitutional powers and adding a bunch of bureaucratic morons to control everyone’s lives! Let’s grow the House of Representatives and shrink our individual representatives’ power over us. Let’s grow the House and turn our Representatives into something that begins to look representative!

We don’t have to jump to 6,000 or 10,000 representatives. Let’s start with 1,000. Let’s add an additional 565. That’s still unrepresentative, but it’s a HUGE step in the right direction. Let’s dilute the power of a body that has usurped FAR too much power unconstitutionally. Let’s enhance the possibility of at least hearing the word “repeal” coming from the US Capitol.

Increasing the size of the US House of Representatives, even by just another 100 people would go a LONG way to getting this government back under control. Don’t expect to EVER hear about such an idea from Washington or in the press.

Diluting power is the LAST thing the Grand Tyrant wants to hear. It’s the LAST thing the regressive “Progressives” want to hear. It’s the LAST thing anyone ambitious enough to put up with today’s anti-America media and run for office wants to hear.

Proving once again the absolute extent of his contempt for America, B. Hussein Obama has nominated Goodwin Liu to be the next justice on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (a.k.a. the 9th Circus since so many of their radical rulings get overturned.)

What is so bad about Liu?

When George W. Bush nominated John Roberts as Chief Justice of the United States, Liu angrily responded:

“Before becoming a judge, he belonged to the Republican National Lawyers’ Association and the National Legal Center for the Public Interest, whose mission is to promote (among other things) free enterprise, private ownership of property, and limited government. These are code words for an ideological agenda hostile to environmental, workplace, and consumer protections.”

Catch that? Free Enterprise, Private Property, and Limited Government are HOSTILE concepts to this anti-American piece of garbage AND to the anti-American piece of garbage that nominated him!

In STRICT adherence to B. Hussein’s stated litmus test for judicial nominations, Liu subjugates the Constitution and properly legislated and executed laws to just about EVERYTHING! He has written that he believes the judiciary is not bound by the Constitution or the commands of the legislature (a.k.a. THE LAW). He believes the judiciary should be bound by “socially situated modes of reasoning” and “culturally and historically contingent meanings of particular social goods in our own society” (in other words, the judiciary should not be bound by anything but political ideology – in DIRECT VIOLATION of the Constitution!)

Liu wrote about the Constitution:

“Preserving the document’s meaning and its democratic legitimacy requires us to interpret it in light of the conditions and challenges faced by succeeding generations.”

Again, it adheres strictly to B. Hussein’s litmus for anti-Americanism. It assumes that the Constitutionally defined process for changing the Constitution, a.k.a. the amendment process, doesn’t exist and that a judge can change the Constitution at any time based on anything that he/she considers more important at the moment! In other words, he believes that the Constitution doesn’t really exist except when he wants to use it against his political opponents. In every other instance, it can mean whatever he wants it to mean at that particular moment, which, of course, means that it means NOTHING AT ALL! There is a name for that. It’s called ANARCHY!

Goodwin Liu’s nomination MUST be defeated. Senate Republicans MUST go all in to defeat this judicial embarrassment’s lifetime appointment just one step below the Supreme Court. Our current Supreme Court justices are aging, and Liu is exactly the type of anti-American vermin that B. Hussein wants to impose on us and our children. A lawless scumbag who believes he can legislate, execute, and adjudicate all on his own!

B. Hussein and his minions in the legislature are the enemy from whom B. Hussein, himself, all of our representatives, all of our Senators, and all of our military personnel have SWORN to protect the Constitution! Our only hope as a nation…our children’s and grandchildren’s only hope for a future depends on throwing that scumbag out with the rest of the trash! Sebelius: Obamacare Strategy Is to Reduce Company Profits

So. You’ve got ___________ (fill in the blank – e.g. cancer, heart disease, aids, renal failure, MS, etc.) Are you still hoping for a cure to be found?

WELL. Give up on that naïve hope. We have elected Mr. Hope and Change, and he’s changing your hope to a wish for one of those pain pills he prescribed for patients who need a heart transplant but don’t (in his “mind”) deserve one.

Kathleen Sebelius, the …um… lady who will be determining all of the details for your and my and our children’s and grandchildren’s health care, has announced that Obamacare is designed to punish companies that do such evil things as produce lifesaving drugs and medical equipment for doing such evil things. They will no longer be developing new lifesaving drugs or designing new medical equipment! As our new health care queen says in the above video, PART of the strategy, just PART of it, is to starve companies of the profits they need to do such horrifying things as hire employees, invest in new equipment, invest in new product R&D, etc.

Democrats Engage in Favorite Activity

All but 34 of the Democrats in the House of Representatives voted Sunday to spit directly into the eyes of their constituents, a.k.a. We, the People, by forcing legislation CLEARLY unwanted by the majority of Americans down our unwilling throats. As such, they not only violated their oaths of office to support and defend the US Constitution, but they violated our heretofore believed unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Life? How DARE we think we had a right to life? Anti-American Democrats announced on Sunday that we, the people, MUST pay taxes to fund the murder of Americans who have done nothing other than find themselves in a position of being a potential burden to their “mothers.” Anti-American Democrats announced on Sunday that we, the people, MUST fall under a medical system where government bureaucrats will decide who among us deserve medical care and who among us deserve “a pain pill.” Right to life? Not any longer!

Liberty? IF we had a right to liberty, we would have choices. With what choice have Anti-American Democrats left us? But the health insurance plan that government bureaucrats dictate upon us or pay a fine for not complying with the dictate of our tyrannical government. IF we had a right to liberty, we would have the ability to chose whether we get treatment or not. Anti-American Democrats have now dictated that the almighty Grand Tyranny, formerly known as the American Representative Republic, will determine FOR US whether or not we deserve treatment or whether we deserve nothing more than a pain pill instead! IF we had a right to liberty, we would be able to determine how best to spend our earnings and disposition our other private property. Anti-American Democrats have just dictated that the Grand Tyranny will determine which minute percentage of our earnings we will be permitted to keep and will confiscate the rest to spend as THEY see fit. The pursuit of happiness is an individual pursuit. Only demographic groups (that can be pitted one against the other) remain. There is no such thing as group happiness, thus there is no remaining right to pursue happiness. Thanks Democrat SCUM!

The Anti-American Democrats have looked at their oath of office, looked at our founding documents, and pissed on both as well as directly down the throats of those of us they were hired to represent. Our “representatives” have openly refused to represent we, the people. They have gutted the United States Constitution, and by doing so have done away with the United States of America. Millions of Americans have now died in vain through more than two hundred thirty years of winning our independence from a tyrannical king, preserving our union, and defending our nation from foreign enemies. All it took to destroy the dreams of our founders and of every immigrant who ever fled their country for the freedom offered by former generations of Americans who actually honored freedom, was a group of 219 freedom-hating, America-hating, walking, talking vermin acting in every way as the domestic enemy of the US Constitution from whom every single one of them swore an oath to protect that same US Constitution. 219 men and women forcibly ramming the end of America down the throats of more than 300 million!

We may or may not have another election in this country. Now that our representative republic has been destroyed and our so-called leaders have shown an open willingness to ignore our Constitution, why should they open themselves to an election? We, the People need to take this country back. If not now, when?

and institute a new Government, laying its foundation EXACTLY where we laid the last one, on the United States Constitution! We don’t need a new government. We just need to return to the one that created the most prosperous, most free, most freeing nation in history! But in order to do so, we have to first overrun those Anti-American scumbags that have taken control of our country.

Lancaster, CA Mayor R. Rex Parris said in an address TO A GROUP OF PASTORS that Lancaster was “growing a Christian community,” and City Councilwoman Sherry Marquez posted on Facebook comments about a Muslim honor killing on the East Coast, thought better about it, and pulled the comments an hour and a half later. Her comments included quotations from Muslim leaders encouraging adherents to win the world for Islam and excerpts from the Bible encouraging Christians to defend themselves.

OH NO! NOT THAT!!!

I don’t know how we could POSSIBLY have missed it. The earth must have shook all the way to the core after these completely insignificant individuals a country away spoke those words. It MUST have. The Antelope Valley Human Relations Task Force met Monday night to discuss whether those remarks could be “hate incidents.” Task force chairman Darren Parker told the Antelope Valley Press that if his band of Thought Police deemed the comments hate crimes, “a complaint will be made to the [federal] Justice Department” and to state and county district attorneys,” and even claimed that people were harmed by the words! How did we not hear the screams, feel the tremors, and witness animals running scared through our streets here in the East?

Mayor Parris and Councilwoman Marquez both caved in to the REAL hate criminals and apologized. They should be ashamed of themselves for aiding and abetting these criminal groups who seek to intimidate and sought to prosecute them for speaking! We should ALL be ashamed that our country produces whining, real crimethinkers like Darren Parker and his friends on the Task Farce.

Parker did note that after deliberations, hate crimes charges against Parris and Marquez will not be sought, BUT

It was voted on by the entire body, recommended along with our legal counsel, that unanimously we would send a letter recognizing that in fact something had happened, and that in fact people were harmed by this.

Are these lunatics SERIOUS? People were harmed by Parris and Marquez? BULL! What utter nonsense! My mother taught me something about sticks, stones, breaking bones, and words. Hmmm. What was that again? Oh Yeah! WORDS CAN NEVER HURT ME!

Kamal Al-Khativ, executive director of the American Islamic Institute of the Antelope Valley in Palmdale, CA actually said:

They should apologize to the whole community. … For 16 days, our whole community has lived in agony and insecurity.

Now, I’ve seen some spineless, wimpy, bowls of jelly in my time, but what a bunch of weenies! Their entire community has lived in agony and insecurity for 16 days because someone mentioned Jesus Christ?! If you can’t handle a few words, go back to Shitholistan and live in your happy little world where free speech and free thought are not permitted! If you want to live in America, grow some balls!

Juan Blanco, vice president of the local NAACP, felt left out, so he added that the remarks by Parris and Marquez “precipitated a crisis of community leadership.” Another candidate for a testosterone injection!

The task farce noted that the letter that is to be written will tell the councilwoman that her comments were divisive and inflammatory and the mayor that his comments were divisive and exclusive rather than inclusive.

Guess what Task Farce - Guess what Chairman Parker - It is YOUR comments that are divisive, inflammatory, and exclusive instead of inclusive, and it is YOUR comments that are filled with HATE! Guess what Task Farce, it is YOU who owes the entire nation an apology along with a MASSIVE apology to Mayor Parris and Councilwoman Marquez!

Relax though Antelope Valley Human Relations Task FARCE, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Lands Foundation case for funding radical terrorists groups) has filed a federal complaint against both parties. You have conspired with a much more hate-filled bunch. You look almost human in comparison. Almost.

When Sarah Palin gave her speech to the Tea Party Convention last weekend, she had seven words written on her hand … well … six, one was crossed out. AUDIBLE GASP!!!

This, of course, immediately caught the attention of the socialists, communists, Marxists and other assorted statists at the White House and in their legion of hate-filled SOBs throughout the mainstream media. Once again, it is style over substance with the Party of Hate. They couldn’t afford to report on the content of Governor Palin’s speech. Not with the Grand Tyrant’s latest poll numbers (only 44% of voters approve of his anti-American policies and only 29% of independents). They could only focus on style. They are incapable of debating substance.

Now, how many public speakers out there have never given a speech without notes about which words and topics to PUNCH? Some use index cards, some write in the margins, and some write on their hand, but most good speakers do it. Sarah Palin had a prepared speech on the podium, and she had six words - reminders of topics to hit hard - on her hand. It is a standard mechanism of the public speaker, but the vacuous imbeciles in the Party of Hate had to attack her for being so stupid as to need crib notes.

Recall, the critics are the supporters of the TOTUS’ (Teleprompter of the United States) sock puppet, B. Hussein Obama. Obama brought the TOTUS when speaking to school children. Obama brought the TOTUS to just about every speech he has given, and when the TOTUS has broken down…!

Note again that when Governor Palin’s teleprompter got ahead or behind during her GOP convention speech in 2008, the viewers never knew it happened. Compare that to “the most intelligent man EVER” elected president in the videos above.

The TOTUS, his hand-puppet Obama, and the leftist minions who spend their lives regurgitating DNC talking points really shouldn’t be mocking Governor Palin’s use of speech triggers. When TOTUS breaks down, his hand-puppet cannot even speak intelligently. The Grand Tyrant has a long, long way to go before he can even approach Sarah Palin’s level of intelligence, poise, leadership ability, and maturity.

Is a dog catcher who refuses to catch dogs a “dog catcher?”

Is a plumber who refuses to touch a pipe a “plumber?”

Is an electrician who refuses to deal with electricity an “electrician?”

If not, then why is Obama “President?”

Is the job of the dog catcher to get elected and then do as he pleases regardless of whether his wishes are in alignment with his job description?

If not, then how is it the job of President of the United States to get elected and then do exactly as he pleases, regardless of his job description?

The job description for President of the United States is Article II of the United States Constitution. Section 1 of that article lays out the oath of office to which the President must swear before taking office.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

B. Hussein Obama told us all, during the presidential campaign - before even being elected - that he would NOT faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States by preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States. Upon entering office, he immediately laid out his plan for refusing to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States (in his very inaugural address!) Then he set about doing everything in his power to undermine, deconstruct, and attack the Constitution of the United States.

As such, B. Hussein Obama is NOT serving as President, so how can so many people still insist on calling him “President?”

B. Hussein Obama prattled on endlessly that America needed a “new foundation.” What is wrong with our old foundation? Well, according to B. Hussein,

“[The Warren Court] didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution … the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. Says what the states can’t do to you. Says what the federal government can’t do to you, but doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf.”

In other words, B. Hussein finds the Constitution to be “deeply flawed” because it prohibits government tyranny instead of insisting upon it!

By “redistributing wealth” instead of allowing people to “be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.” (4th Amendment.) By designing society from the top down instead of allowing that “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

George Washington wrote the following:

“We must take human nature as we find it. Perfection falls not to the share of mortals. … whoever would dare to sap the foundation, or overturn the Structure, under whatever specious pretexts he may attempt it, will merit the bitterest execration, and the severest punishment which can be inflicted by his injured Country.”

B. Hussein Obama very clearly does not, and by his own words and writings has never intended to honor his oath of office. How, then can he be called President of the United States? A dog catcher who refuses to catch dogs cannot be known as a dog catcher. A president who refuses to honor his oath of office, sworn on a Bible, cannot be known as President.

Isn’t it time to face reality?

The entire cost of Nebraska’s future Medicaid costs born by residents of the other 49 states, a few new Nebraska hospitals omitted from the restrictions on the existence of new hospitals, plus a number of other smaller extorts to buy the 60^th vote from Ben Nelson of NE. Senators from VT (Bernie Sanders again), LA, and MA were also bought off with an agreement for the rest of the states to pick up large portions of their future Medicaid bills as well. Residents of Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio, whose economies are in a shambles largely because their state governments have proven incapable of controlling their own spending – how are you feeling just about now, knowing that you are going to have to provide relief to Nebraska, Vermont, Louisiana, and Massachusetts WHILE trying to survive your own inept leadership?

Oh – AND – while the MASSIVE new taxes will kick in just after the 2010 elections, the destructive changes (a.k.a. benefits) don’t come until 2013 – to protect the 2012 election. (If this is as “urgent” an issue and if we are facing as major a “crisis” as Obama and his minions regurgitate so endlessly, why does nothing happen until after the “election” that will buy Obama’s 2^nd term?)

This bill is such a winner that it had to be snuck through late at night (1:00 AM Monday morning following an effective news blackout over the weekend) after Senators were held in Washington over their Christmas holiday (final vote is scheduled for Christmas Eve) and even Democrats who can hardly find the nerve to even consider the possibility of thinking a potential thought that could be considered slightly negative about the Great Dictator had to be bought off with MASSIVE bribes. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have both admitted that this bill alone will be responsible for Democrats losing seats and possibly the majority in 2010, and have admitted that they, themselves, may lose their highly coveted leadership positions over the bill. So what is so compelling about it – besides the fact that it is another big smooch on Obama’s ass?

It enslaves ALL Americans to an all-powerful federal tyranny. The federal government will be able to dictate what we do, how we do it, and IF we are to be permitted to get treatment for ailments/injuries! Harry Reid even threw in an amendment (that no one was permitted to read before voting, of course) that locks down the “death panels” – the “Independent Medical Advisory Board” that determines whether or not you can receive treatment – so that no future congress can amend or repeal the section of the bill that defines them. And while he was at it, he modified a number of Senate rules (which by Senate rule takes 67 votes instead of the 60 he used). Of course that is unconstitutional, but then, so is EVERYTHING else in this bill and virtually everything that has been done since Democrats took the majorities in 2008.

We are no longer a Representative Republic. Our Democrat representatives no longer even try to hide their unwillingness to consider their constituents. (Both my Democrat congressman and my Democrat senator have admitted deluding themselves that 80-plus percent opinion against them only means that their supporters didn’t bother calling and they MUST outnumber the dissenters. “They just must.” I could almost hear them stomping their little foot in little-girl-tantrum style at the other end of the townhall cop-out…er…teleconferences.) Our constitution is null and void when congress completely ignores it and the REgressives hold a majority on the Supreme Court.

Americans – if that word has any meaning now that we are effectively without Constitution – are you choking yet? If not, what could it possibly take?

Your performance as __________ have been nothing but despicable. I can only hope that there is a special place in the most miserable section of hell for you and those who, like you, continue to show open and zealous disregard for the oath you swore on The Bible to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and who, like you, are working so hard to enslave hundreds of millions of your countrymen to a tyrannical central government.

By ignoring the majority of Americans’ demands to stop your attempt to take control over our very lives, you show your blatant contempt for America and everything on which it was built. As such, you have shown yourself to be the domestic enemy of the US Constitution against whom you, yourself, swore (again - on The Bible) to defend the Constitution. As such, I contend that you are a traitor to the United States of America.

I am intelligent enough to know that narcissistic tyrants such as yourselves will never do the right thing, so I will remind you of the fate of Benito Mussolini and the Ceausescus of Romania - other tyrants who eventually had to face the wrath of those whom they sought to control. You will note that there is not a hint of threat to the specific tyrants addressed by this posting. Back in March, I wrote a new Declaration of Independence. Amazingly enough, it was almost identical to the original except that the specific grievances were updated and were significantly more egregious.

That was just two months into Obama’s assault on America. We had already tasted the results of his contempt for this country, but the breadth and depth of his loathing could still only be discerned from his books and past speeches. His imps, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, had been running roughshod over the United States Constitution for a couple years before the puppet master took their strings and solidified their attacks. Then the immaculation of Obama (as Rush Limbaugh so aptly dubbed it) has congealed all of the anti-Americanism that has been oozing through the 1960’s radical and radical-wannabe classes for generations.

Since laying out that declaration, we have been treated to an openness in Constitutional contempt from our Democrat congressmen and other officials like this country has never seen before. Our elected officials are not confining their anti-Americanism to off-the-record remarks and denials, even when their own video slips out. The response to our Tea Parties, the way they handled we, the people at their August town hall meetings, their refusal to even hold town hall meetings or their attempts to hide behind electronic filters, and their lockstep regurgitation of DNC talking points instead of addressing real questions were all illustrative of their disgust with America as it was constituted.

Our Democrat leadership is now openly anti-American, and the so-called Health Care Bills have really illustrated the situation. Both my Democrat freshman congressman and my Democrat senator (no need to name names - they’re all the same) have openly admitted that they do not plan to represent their constituents, but instead intend to represent the B. Hussein Obama in direct violation of their oaths of office and, of course, the Supreme Law of the Land.

My congressman (since I cannot refer to him as a representative) actually wrote to me, in response to a letter pointing to the unconstitutionality of his positions, that he feels he will be measured based on whether or not he acts, not on whether his actions are legal or not. He understands that most people out here are either not paying attention or are too ignorant of our founding or our history to even recognize that he is urinating all over the Constitution. (Thank you Jimmy Carter et al for nationalizing education and replacing true education with Marxist indoctrination.) In other words - we, the people, are just too darned stupid to be paid attention to. Damn the Constitution, full speed ahead.

These are just two of 535, far too many of whom share their contempt for America as constituted. It should now be absolutely clear, even to the mainstream press, that our Democrat officials have absolutely no intention of representing their constituents. Support for Pelosicare and Obamacare is approaching the approval rate of Congress, yet our “representatives” are open in their refusal to consider their constituents’ views. Taxation without representation was a significant trigger for our founders to rebel against the most powerful military on the planet. Our arrogant “leaders” are openly telling us that they do not intend to represent we, the people, as they add tax upon tax upon tax. We can therefore consider everything they do to be Taxation Without Representation!

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, …

To secure these rights, Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Clearly then, Governments which refuse to acknowledge the consent of the governed have no desire to secure these rights … these UNALIENABLE rights. Who elected them “our creator?”

… That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

It is time folks. It is time to abolish this current form of Government, which is clearly destructive to these ends, and to institute a new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and … well … and simply reinstating the United States Constitution as our foundation. We don’t need a new government. We just need a return to the one stolen from us by a decades-long encroachment of government tyrants.

Obama has called for a new foundation and has declared that he finds fault with the Constitution because it limits government and prohibits tyranny instead of requiring tyrannical control of the populace. It’s time that we, the people, stand up right in his face and tell him that we will not tolerate his tyranny any longer. It’s time that we, the people, stand up right in his face and tell him that we demand a return to Constitutional governance. It is time that we, the people, stand up in the face of ALL of our Government officials and tell them that we will no longer tolerate unconstitutional attacks on our freedom!

Let “No Taxation Without Representation” once again be our rally call. The spirits of our founders are watching. Will we honor them by upholding their foundation, or will we feebly sit around watching a contemptuous bunch of anti-Americans replace the foundation of our fathers with yet another failed Marxist state?

Late last week, Nancy Pelosi announced the House’s 1,990 page version of Obamacare. 1,990 pages, and that’s BEFORE House Democrats add their typical hundreds and hundreds of pages of amendments. 1,900 pages, and it is basically a placeholder for details to be filled in by bureaucrats and political appointees at some point after it is signed into law!

The United States Constitution, the document which defines this entire nation and which created the most prosperous, most free, most envied nation in the history of the world, clocks in at 4,500 WORDS. If you add every single amendment, the Constitution is still below 8,000 words, and Democrats insist that it takes Constitutional scholars who spend their lives studying the document and who must then get together in aggregate to argue it out all in order to simply understand what those 8,000 words mean. Apparently, it’s too difficult for the average boob out here in the populace to truly understand words as mystifying as “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” It HAS to be because all of those Democrat Constitutional Scholars have concluded that the judiciary can legislate AND that executive branch scrambled-letter agencies can legislate as well. So much for Constitutional Scholars.

Even though the US Constitution was written in words that the average 18th century farmer and merchant could understand, Democrats NEED us to believe that only Ivy League scholars who have spent their careers studying can possibly grasp the document’s meaning. BUT Pelosi’s 1,900 page behemoth, written in language the average Philadelphia lawyer would find difficult to digest if they spent five lifetimes trying, is so straightforward that our congressmen (average IQ of …what… 90?) can read it, understand it thoroughly enough to vote on it and cast their votes in less than a week!

4,500 words defined an entire nation. Over more than 200 years, another 3,500 defined changes to them. Pelosi and the Democrats need roughly 500,000 words (typical written page is 250 words) to define a placeholder! Are you SERIOUS?

The Washington Post reported on Saturday:

According to a preliminary estimate by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, expanding coverage to an additional 36 million Americans would cost $1.055 trillion over the next decade under the House plan, counting tax breaks for small businesses, subsidies for low- and moderate-income families, and the largest expansion of Medicaid since its inception more than 40 years ago.

That’s more than $2,000,000 PER WORD! WOW! Must be important words from some really, really intelligent people, huh? Well, actually, Democrat leaders in the House got together behind closed doors, locking all opposition voices out of the discussion, and told their staffers what to put into the bill. Nancy Pelosi, who announced that 500 million Americans would lose their jobs every month if the Porkulus bill didn’t pass. Steny Hoyer, who actually laughed at the idea that Congressmen would actually read the bill before voting on it. Charlie Rangel, the man in charge of writing tax bills but who didn’t know he had to pay taxes himself. These House leaders, etc. who cannot have an aggregate IQ over 100, turned the task over to their staffers - 20-something clerks with no real-world experience - at a cost of $2 million per word!

Democrats, of course, had to get the bill under Obama’s $900 BILLION target, so they deduct the penalties they are going to impose on US Citizens who do not comply with their citizenship requirement to buy insurance, and get the number down to $894 billion. That’s $159 BILLION ($159,000,000,000) Democrats are counting on from punishing formerly-free American citizens who do not comply with Government-Almighty’s despotic dictates!

Oh…and by the way…

The entire thing is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

CNSNews.com asked Senator Patrick Leahy, Chairman of the US Senate Judiciary Committee, what part of the Constitution grants Congress the power to force every American to buy health insurance–as all of the health care overhaul bills currently do. Leahy, in typical progressive-weasel fashion, refused to answer.

CNSNews.com: “Where, in your opinion, does the Constitution give specific authority for Congress to give an individual mandate for health insurance?”

Sen. Leahy: “We have plenty of authority. Are you saying there is no authority?”

CNSNews.com: “I’m asking–”

Sen. Leahy: “Why would you say there is no authority? I mean, there’s no question there’s authority. Nobody questions that.”

Well Senator, you are WRONG.

You are WRONG, Senator, that nobody questions your authority to force Americans to buy goods or services that satisfy you but not us. In fact, just about EVERYBODY questions your authority to force us to buy something that we, the people, YOUR BOSSES, do not want to buy!

You are WRONG, Senator, that you have the authority to do it! The Constitution actually PROHIBITS you from forcing your purchase decisions upon we, the people, YOUR BOSSES!

CNSNews.com noted that HillaryCare in 1994 had a similar imposition.

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office said in a 1994 report that for federal government to order Americans to buy health insurance would be “unprecedented,” adding that the government had “never required” Americans to purchase anything. “A mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action,” CBO found.

“The government has never required people to buy any good or service as a condition of lawful residence in the United States,” said the CBO report.

Senator Leahy, the CBO says you have no authority.

Nobody questions your authority?

Republican members of the Senate Finance Committee did question whether Congress had that authority when the health-care bill was being debated in their committee. Sen. Orrin Hatch (R.-Utah) tried to offer an amendment that would expedite judicial review of the bill were it enacted, but Senate Finance Chairman Max Baucus (D.-Mont.) ruled that Hatch’s amendment was out of order.

“If we have the power simply to order Americans to buy certain products, why did we need a Cash-for-Clunkers program or the upcoming program providing rebates for purchasing energy appliances?” Hatch asked on Oct. 1 when trying to offer his amendment in the committee. ”We could simply require Americans to buy certain cars, dishwashers or refrigerators.”

Senator Leahy, your fellow Senators, just last week, say you have no authority.

Most compellingly, Senator Leahy, the United States Constitution, which you swore an oath to protect from what you have become, a domestic enemy, SAYS YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY!

Article I, Section 8 tells you what you may do. In the 10th Amendment, our founders told you essentially that they were serious when they told you all that you could do in Article I, Section 8. In short, the 10th Amendment simply says “By the way, we were serious.!” US Constitution, 10th Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Read that, Senator Leahy! THERE IS NO AUTHORITY!

Your colleague in the House, Steny Hoyer, laughably tried to spew the DNC propaganda that the general welfare clause gives you authority to force such minute control over our lives. James Madison, “the Father of the Constitution,” blew that ridiculous stance right out of the water when he noted:

“If Congress can employ money indefinitely to the general welfare, and are the sole and supreme judges of the general welfare, they may take the care of religion into their own hands; they may appoint teachers in every State, county and parish and pay them out of their public treasury; they may take into their own hands the education of children, establishing in like manner schools throughout the Union; they may assume the provision of the poor; they may undertake the regulation of all roads other than post-roads; in short, every thing, from the highest object of state legislation down to the most minute object of police, would be thrown under the power of Congress…. Were the power of Congress to be established in the latitude contended for, it would subvert the very foundations, and transmute the very nature of the limited Government established by the people of America.“

I, Senator Leahy, am saying you have no authority.

Further, Senator Leahy, I will note that you are bound by your oath of office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” You swore on a Bible that you would“bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” Your refusal now, and SO OFTEN in your past, to support the Constitution; your insistence now that the Constitution should be twisted and spun to suit YOUR ideological whimsy; your abject failure to bear true faith and allegiance to the United States Constitution places you in direct violation of what Article VI calls “the Supreme Law of the Land.”

Senator Leahy, not only do you not have the authority to subjugate American citizens to your chosen form of tyranny, you, as a violator of the Supreme Law of the Land are a criminal.

Senator Leahy, as someone who seeks ways to get around the United States Constitution, essentially trying to change the very structure of America, which is DEFINED by that Constitution, are a domestic enemy of the Constitution, the very enemy from whom you, yourself, are sworn to protect the Constitution.

Senator Leahy, you and those who share your opinion that the general welfare clause grants you authority to reign supreme over the citizens of the United States deserve thus to be arrested and prosecuted for your treason against the United States in doing more damage to this country and our Constitution than every foreign enemy throughout history COMBINED.

We, the people, are tired of your attempts to enslave us to a tyrannical central government!
