Hey! We can all stop worrying about the Gulf oil spill now! WOO HOO!

Obama, the brilliant one, the smartest man on the planet, the Grand Tyrant, has the issue WELL under control now.

What has he done?

WELL – he sent Eric Holder, his Attorney General, to meet with Gulf State Attorneys General to discuss who to sue! Yeah. That’ll help. CLEARLY, all we need to do is sue the hole in the ground and sentence it to healing itself! And you thought we needed scientists, or people who had actually seen an oil rig in their lifetime to solve this one! Or maybe distracting BP from the issue at hand will somehow help?

There’s even a Plan B: It’s simple! Call in the Hollywood scientists! Yup. Obama called Hollywood director James Cameron in to discuss how to plug the oil spill. Apparently, Cameron knows more about oil than BP and more about deep sea exploration and deep sea robotic manipulation than the people at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, the people who actually found the Titanic, triggering Cameron to make his movie, and to whom Obama has NOT spoken about the issue to date.

AND, if all else fails, Robert Reich, economic advisor to B. Hussein, the man who famously said that we should just kill old people because they’re “too expensive,” has declared that Obama should put BP under temporary receivership! Yup. Obama should FINALLY nationalize the oil industry, starting with BP. What would that do, you ask? SIMPLE! As everyone knows, the idiots in Obama administration, who have never worked a day of their lives in the private sector, CLEARLY know more about the oil industry than does British Petroleum. They, and only they, can figure out how to resolve this crisis! Why haven’t they spoken up then? Well – because they weren’t in charge. Being in charge makes all the difference – apparently?

And besides! As soon as Obama’s name goes on top of the BP organization chart, that hole in the ground will recognize it and miraculously heal itself! After all, Obama told the world that his victory in the Democrat primary “was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.” If the simple fact of his nomination was enough to begin healing the entire planet and lowering the oceans, why, who could even question what putting his name atop that org chart would do!

By the way, Reich is currently a professor at Berkeley – busy filling the heads of our future leaders with such nonsense! God HELP America!

Oh – and by the way – the Saudi’s have a solution that has been working for years. Their 1993 800 million barrel spill was cleaned up and a full 85% of the recovered oil was usable (the remainder being consumed in the filtering and processing). The lead engineer on that project is even an American, who recently attended an Obama speech where the Grand Tyrant claimed to be “trying everything.” Also, Kevin Costner has been investing millions of his own dollars for years into oil centrifuge technology and he and the company that developed the equipment have been trying to get clearance to try his separation technology to clean up the spill before it hits land. They have been trying since the 2nd week of May. Now the oil is hitting the coast, and they’re still waiting.

Why are they still waiting? Well, perhaps it’s because, as Obama said, he has been in charge all along and must approve anything tried – and he’s just been so busy planning (and then enjoying) his two vacations and the upcoming gala party with Paul McCartney at the King’s Court to bother with anything as tedious as leading the country.

Or, perhaps it’s the more likely reason, that Obama hasn’t figured out how to take the most political advantage of a solution yet. At present, it is still more politically beneficial to ignore solutions while attacking BP and the entire oil industry. After all, he’s already used this one spill (the 2nd SMALLEST oil spill since 1991/92 just to put it in perspective and counter the propagandists) to prohibit the off-AND ON-shore extraction of American oil – furthering his dream of getting us all back on horseback. As the Grand Tyrant’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, said – “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” Clearly, there’s still more political hay to extract from this crisis before allowing a solution to occur.

I just finished watching “Saving Private Ryan” for the umpteenth time. The last scene has the now-senior Private Ryan walking through the American cemetery in Normandy as the General Marshall character reads an excerpt from a letter Abraham Lincoln wrote to a mother who lost five sons in the Civil War. Lincoln’s words spoke of “the solemn pride that must be [hers] to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom.” As I heard those words and watched the row upon row of white cross and star of David pass by, I could not help but feel the remorse of watching B. Hussein Obama throw all that sacrifice, all of the combined sacrifice of those who have suffered and/or died in all of our wars, away in a matter of just a few months. I could not help but mourn the election of an enemy more damaging than every foreign enemy in the history of the United States combined and just a few months later seeing that these dead, all of our war dead, HAVE died in vain, that government of the people, by the people, for the people, IS perishing from the earth, right before our eyes.

How far has this nation fallen? Just 234 years ago, our nation was created by men who believed in freedom, liberty, government of the people, and God-given rights that CANNOT be taken away by man. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant more intent on control than King George III could have ever imagined who believes rights are bestowed by, and therefore can be taken by, governments and that men should be enslaved to their betters. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant who has expressed nothing but contempt for everything that is America. Now we are ruled by an elected tyrant who has acted on those beliefs, openly repudiating the will of the people, and imposing anti-Constitutional, illegal policies and poised to fill the courts with judges who will promise to put political ideology above the law.

This tyrant MUST be stopped. Even waiting until November and hoping for a free election which will sweep his legislative majority into history’s sewer where they belong promises eight more months of unbridled tyrannical totalitarianism and the massive damage it is capable of inflicting in those last two lame-duck months alone. Take a moment to realize the extent of the destruction possible from an openly anti-American tyrant who cares nothing for the will of the people, the Constitution, or legislated law over an eight month free reign. Now realize that that is the MINIMUM damage that we face as a nation. It only stops there IF we are permitted a free election and IF we are successful at electing a majority that is willing to devote their careers to repeal and impeach, and not just compromise to do less damage.

Repeal, Impeach, Obstruct. Quite a way from life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but our only remaining hope.

Harry Reid and Senate Democrats, in goosestep…er…lockstep, are forcing their socialized medicine scheme down all of our throats and in doing so, enslaving us all to a federal tyranny that will be able to control every aspect of our lives – including our lives themselves.

The latest Quinnipiac poll shows that 53% of American voters DO NOT WANT this fascist takeover while only 36% approve of it. Apparently 11% responded “Huh? What? Hey! Don’t hog that doob, dude.” But that’s another story…

Harry Reid even had to buy the votes of his fellow Senate Democrats to hammer this thing down our throats. What are some …just some… of the bribes that we are paying to get this abomination?

The entire cost of Nebraska’s future Medicaid costs born by residents of the other 49 states, a few new Nebraska hospitals omitted from the restrictions on the existence of new hospitals, plus a number of other smaller extorts to buy the 60^th vote from Ben Nelson of NE. Senators from VT (Bernie Sanders again), LA, and MA were also bought off with an agreement for the rest of the states to pick up large portions of their future Medicaid bills as well. Residents of Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio, whose economies are in a shambles largely because their state governments have proven incapable of controlling their own spending – how are you feeling just about now, knowing that you are going to have to provide relief to Nebraska, Vermont, Louisiana, and Massachusetts WHILE trying to survive your own inept leadership?

Oh – AND – while the MASSIVE new taxes will kick in just after the 2010 elections, the destructive changes (a.k.a. benefits) don’t come until 2013 – to protect the 2012 election. (If this is as “urgent” an issue and if we are facing as major a “crisis” as Obama and his minions regurgitate so endlessly, why does nothing happen until after the “election” that will buy Obama’s 2^nd term?)

This bill is such a winner that it had to be snuck through late at night (1:00 AM Monday morning following an effective news blackout over the weekend) after Senators were held in Washington over their Christmas holiday (final vote is scheduled for Christmas Eve) and even Democrats who can hardly find the nerve to even consider the possibility of thinking a potential thought that could be considered slightly negative about the Great Dictator had to be bought off with MASSIVE bribes. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have both admitted that this bill alone will be responsible for Democrats losing seats and possibly the majority in 2010, and have admitted that they, themselves, may lose their highly coveted leadership positions over the bill. So what is so compelling about it – besides the fact that it is another big smooch on Obama’s ass?

It enslaves ALL Americans to an all-powerful federal tyranny. The federal government will be able to dictate what we do, how we do it, and IF we are to be permitted to get treatment for ailments/injuries! Harry Reid even threw in an amendment (that no one was permitted to read before voting, of course) that locks down the “death panels” – the “Independent Medical Advisory Board” that determines whether or not you can receive treatment – so that no future congress can amend or repeal the section of the bill that defines them. And while he was at it, he modified a number of Senate rules (which by Senate rule takes 67 votes instead of the 60 he used). Of course that is unconstitutional, but then, so is EVERYTHING else in this bill and virtually everything that has been done since Democrats took the majorities in 2008.

We are no longer a Representative Republic. Our Democrat representatives no longer even try to hide their unwillingness to consider their constituents. (Both my Democrat congressman and my Democrat senator have admitted deluding themselves that 80-plus percent opinion against them only means that their supporters didn’t bother calling and they MUST outnumber the dissenters. “They just must.” I could almost hear them stomping their little foot in little-girl-tantrum style at the other end of the townhall cop-out…er…teleconferences.) Our constitution is null and void when congress completely ignores it and the REgressives hold a majority on the Supreme Court.

Americans – if that word has any meaning now that we are effectively without Constitution – are you choking yet? If not, what could it possibly take?

I have been operating under the belief that you are one of the exceedingly rare class of people known as conservative leaders in this country. Your recent position on Sotomayor has shaken that belief to its very foundation.

By publicly denouncing Newt Gingrich and Rush Limbaugh’s statements about Sotomayor’s actual history, you have shown yourself to be nothing more than another of the VAST majority of elected Republicans who could not find a vertebra with a thousand doctors and the world’s most powerful x-ray machine.

“This is not the kind of tone any of us want to set when it comes to performing our constitutional responsibilities of advise and consent?” WHO CARES ABOUT TONE?????

You were elected to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and you swore an oath to do so. NOWHERE in that oath do the words “cater to the tone the media wishes to publicize” appear! Your job is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and when a judge is nominated who has promised to violate her oath of office by a president who both promised to violate his oath of office and proceeded to do so in virtually his every action, your DUTY is to call EVERY bit of public attention to it! TONE???!!! To HELL with Tone! How about the TRUTH?

You are chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. You are charged with finding Republican candidates. You are charged with finding LEADERS. How can we possibly trust you to do that when you are ignoring your own oath of office by refusing to defend the Constitution from these domestic enemies in order to protect the “tone”?

You can “hope that Judge Sotomayor will demonstrate her commitment to impartially deciding cases based on the law, rather than based on her own personal politics, feelings, and preferences” until you are blue in the face. She was nominated BECAUSE she has committed herself to PARTIALLY deciding cases based NOT on the law, but based on her own personal politics, feelings, and preferences. Andy McCarthy got it right when he pointed out that Sotomayor is not even qualified to be a juror, let alone a justice on the Supreme Court.

Act responsibly. Act in accordance with YOUR oath of office. Protect the Constitution of the United States from the attack of our domestic enemy. It has already done more damage to the Constitution than every single foreign enemy combined throughout the history of this nation. We need LEADERS, not protectors of the tone!

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

For the last 20 months or so, Barack Obama, United States Senator from Illinois, has been traveling the world, telling everyone all the little things he hates about America and getting elected as its President. He laid out an agenda, virtually every line item in which violates the Constitution he is already sworn to support and defend, and he is even on record saying that the United States Constitution is fundamentally flawed and complained that it prohibits rather than requires government tyranny!

…as radical as I think people tried to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn’t that radical.  It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution, as least as it’s been interpreted, and Warren Court interpreted in the same way that, generally, the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties, says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf. And that hasn’t shifted.

Following his friend Bill Ayer’s language in asserting that his Weather Underground did not go far enough in their domestic terrorist attacks, Obama says the Warren Court did not go far enough in destroying the Constitution! We must “break free” of the US Constitution because it prohibits tyranny (”says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you”) instead of REQUIRING tyranny (”but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf!”)

THAT from the man who is already sworn to support and defend the Constitution he says he thinks must be gutted, the man who blind adult adolescents elected to wipe their little tushies as President, and who will soon take an oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” EVEN AS he plans to do the exact opposite!

The United States was founded by brave men who entered into armed rebellion against the strongest military in the entire world over excessive government tyranny. We were long known as the land of the brave for a reason! Our founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor and broke ties with their government because of a level of tyrannical control that would today seem absolutely inconsequential. All of the grievances over which they went to war together would not amount to a small percentage of today’s taxation alone! And that would ignore the tremendous indirect taxation that comes from mountains and mountains of regulations from non-governmental agencies which have the power of legislation and which increase the cost, and therefore the price, of everything. It would ignore the direct government interference in our day-to-day lives, from the amount of water we can use to flush our toilets, to the light bulbs we can use, to the questions we can ask potential employees in an interview, to the enslavement of our producers to our welfare-recipients!

Still, even looking at today’s tyrannical interference in virtually everything we do, we have elected Barack Obama and his agenda which seeks to fix that Constitutional flaw that fails to require totalitarian control over we, the people! Obama created a new website, www.change.gov, with the title “Office of the President Elect.” When it was developed (clearly after last Tuesday’s election, through Friday of election week, it laid out his plan to enslave our children, increase government’s interference in everything imaginable, gut the military, and functionally destroy what our founders created. Interestingly, as of Sunday, that section of his brand new website has been removed and replaced with another campaign soundbite essentially saying “trust me, I’ve got it all covered.”

Given that Barack Obama has very clearly proved that he IS that domestic enemy to the Constitution of the United States, that he himself, along with all other congressmen and senators, and every man and woman who ever served in the United States military, is sworn to defend us all from, HOW in the world can we permit him to put his hand on another Bible on January 20 and lie that he

“solemnly swear[s] (or affirm[s]) that [he] will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of [his] Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

There is still time to once again declare ourselves “The land of the free and the home of the brave,” stand up and acknowledge Article VI of the US Constitution which tells us that the Constitution and laws made in pursuance thereof are the “Supreme Law of the Land,” and block that anti-American from taking an oath he expressly plans to violate from the very beginning.

It is incumbent upon President Bush to finish his term by preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States from our domestic enemies the way he has stood up to our foreign enemies. There is still time, but time is getting short!

Regardless of the approach, or even whether or not Bush acts, this country is facing violence specifically because Obama was permitted to take his anti-Constitution, anti-American campaign as far as he has. There are still quite a few Americans who consider this the land of the free and the home of the brave. There is going to be violence if Obama and the Democrat congress is permitted to officially enslave us all to Government. Let’s side with a preemptive strike in the name of preserving America over the retaliatory revolution that will come from making us all slaves to a tyrannical government.
